We\u2019re excited to move forward with BVLOS operations and bring the benefits of drone delivery to more people and businesses around the country.\u201d<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"1084\" data-end=\"1131\">Paving the Way for Scalable Drone Logistics<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1133\" data-end=\"1435\">Until now, commercial drones without a BVLOS waiver required visual observers to keep eyes on each flight. DEXA\u2019s national waiver eliminates this limitation, allowing drones to travel long distances without constant visual contact. This change cuts operational costs and supports true commercial scale.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1437\" data-end=\"1526\">DEXA stands out as the only company of its size to achieve three critical FAA milestones:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1528\" data-end=\"1877\">\n<li data-start=\"1528\" data-end=\"1659\">\n<p data-start=\"1530\" data-end=\"1659\"><strong data-start=\"1530\" data-end=\"1565\">FAA Airworthiness Certification<\/strong> \u2013 DEXA\u2019s custom-built aircraft have been certified as safe and reliable for commercial use.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1660\" data-end=\"1773\">\n<p data-start=\"1662\" data-end=\"1773\"><strong data-start=\"1662\" data-end=\"1698\">Part 135 Air Carrier Certificate<\/strong> \u2013 Essential for commercial drone delivery, especially for BVLOS flights.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1774\" data-end=\"1877\">\n<p data-start=\"1776\" data-end=\"1877\"><strong data-start=\"1776\" data-end=\"1801\">National BVLOS Waiver<\/strong> \u2013 Removes the need for individual FAA approvals for each long-range flight.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-start=\"1879\" data-end=\"1933\">Delivering Direct to Consumers \u2014 No Address Needed<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1935\" data-end=\"2270\">Beyond enterprise logistics, DEXA plans to serve consumers directly through its delivery marketplace. Using the DEXA NOW app, customers can order groceries, over-the-counter medications, pet supplies, and more. Deliveries are made to a customer\u2019s exact location \u2014 no physical address needed \u2014 similar to how ride-share apps find users.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2272\" data-end=\"2477\">For $6 a month, customers can receive unlimited deliveries at in-store prices with no extra fees or tipping. The service aims to bring quick, convenient access to everyday essentials, often within minutes.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2479\" data-end=\"3144\">\u201cThe FAA\u2019s national BVLOS waiver is a milestone moment for our team here at DEXA,\u201d said Beth Flippo, Chief Executive Officer. \u201cThis approval is a testament not just for our regulatory clearances, but also to how efficiently our team has worked together to get to this point. Dexa achieved these milestones and started operations with just $15 million in funding. In contrast, other drone delivery companies had to raise hundreds of millions or needed the backing of massive parent companies. Our commitment to first and foremost delivering a safe, secure, and reliable service has paid dividends, which we\u2019re reinvesting into our unique marketplace business model.\u201d<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"3146\" data-end=\"3163\">Looking Ahead<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"3165\" data-end=\"3445\">DEXA will continue working with federal and local officials to maintain high safety and community engagement standards as it expands.
