Robotican has announced the delivery of dozens of its ROOSTER hybrid drone systems to European special operations forces, intervention units, and infantry teams. This milestone highlights the system’s growing role in modern military and tactical operations.<\/p>\n

A unique hybrid design for complex environments<\/h4>\n

The ROOSTER is a compact hybrid tactical drone that can both roll on the ground and fly. This dual capability makes it especially useful in indoor spaces, underground areas, and places where GPS signals are unavailable. The drone’s ability to shift quickly between flying and rolling helps it operate efficiently and access difficult or confined spaces.<\/p>\n

The integrated protective cage allows it to move smoothly across rough terrain and enter areas that traditional drones cannot reach. With about 90 minutes of active operation and up to five hours in standby mode, the ROOSTER supports extended missions. Its robust MESH communication system lets up to three units work together, even when external communication is not available.<\/p>\n

The drone is equipped with a day\/night IR-sensitive camera and visible or IR illuminators. It can also carry different sensor payloads, including thermal imagers and detectors for oxygen and radiation. This flexibility makes the ROOSTER suitable for a wide range of missions, such as tactical reconnaissance, urban search and rescue, hazardous materials response, and industrial inspections.<\/p>\n

Enhancing safety and situational awareness<\/h4>\n

Lightweight and rugged, the ROOSTER can be deployed by a single user directly from a tactical backpack. This fast setup gives forces immediate situational awareness while keeping team members safe.<\/p>\n
